psp stepmania isn't based on pc stepmania and its closed source, unless thats changed recently. I tried to port Stepmania and i got it compiled hacking a lot of stuff but it didn't work :( so best of luck with it, hopefully you are more successful then I was.

Tested it now. Speed's around full speed, but not quite, imo, and video has old VHS tape-type lines that appear during gameplay, lol. Full-sound, but low quality. And I can't figure out how to get back to the main menu after selecting a game! Can someone please help me out? Also, video is scrunched...

there was some example code on the dcdev maillist that dan wrote an example of doing that with the image loading libraries, i tried to make it work but it either there is some functions missing now or i was missing something.

yeah its 1.6, one of these days Ill get off my lazy but and post it, I havent touched it in months so Im not sure where i put it lol, somewhere on my harddrive is the source and probably the zipped up binary I submitted for the dreamon contest.

Maybe the toolchain needs to be compiled with the path for gmon.out hardcoded? or maybe can be hexedited to change the path ?

maybe someway to do it over gdb?
