try http://www.xboxhacker.net for information on vgaon the xbox, its very possible, slightly more complicated than the dc vga box, but nothing to worry about :)

If you want a very simple circuit that will step ~14v - ~30v down to 12v 5v and 3.3v then just email me at lithjoe@hotmail.com, i would of uploaded it but these new forums suck :|.
