I have a friend who will someday kill someone with his car while high. Though him being high will be purely incidental, he drives like a teenage girl.

This happened right down the street from my house. I remember it well because I knew schoolmates of the victim. It also involves alcohol, and cellphones, so it's a trifecta of bad driving ideas.
