Both American Dad and Family Guy Premier on Sunday May 1st like darc said. Starting at 8:00, the line up goes 8 - 9 The Simpsons, 9:00 Family Guy, and 9:30 American Dad.
no way keep the simpsons, ad futurama, and ad another 2 shows for the hour before the simpsons, maybe either keep king of the hill or replace it with the pjs and ad another show thats more so like mtvs old animated show cartoon sushi whre it would be a bunch of animated short cartoons. it would be 3 hours of animation built more so like broadcast tvs verion of adult swim
I never liked Simpsons nor Futurama. I've tried to get into them, but they're just not my type of humor. I did like the Homerpalooza episode of Simpsons, though...
I just watched this. I would have waited, but I'm not going to be home Sunday anyway. It was pretty great with some classic FG elements in it. Not every joke was funny, but most were, and when I think about it, not all FG jokes were always funny the first time around, but the more I watched it the more I liked them. The ending was especially great. I don't think he should do political jokes in FG though, thats what American Dad is for. Not that there were that many, but still, he has his opportunity with AD, and the jokes in this episode would have worked just as well on AD.
Simpsons was a great show until the last few seasons. Unfortunately, it sucks now - it's just painful to watch. I never really got into Futurama, although when I watch it now, its fairly funny. Not as funny as oldschool Simpsons or FG, but still good. I'm starting to really like King of the Hill though. I remember I never really liked it when I was younger, I thought it pretty much sucked, but as I get older it gets funnier and funnier. That would be an awesome block if they brought all those back though. I honestly don't know what else is on anymore at that time, and I would pretty much only watch it if they brought back some of those shows or if they put in place some equally funny ones.
I just watched the new episdoe today and thoguht that it was hilarious. Not quite as good as some of the stuff in season 3, but it's a still a great start to the new season.
