I cant find the stats online, and I dont want to spend my money for nothing.
My PCs stats are:
1.3Ghz processor
256mb ram
11mb video ram
dvd/cdrw drives
40GB hd
Direct AGP 3D graphics
games in question are
Morrowind
Half-life
Half-life 2 *(this one probably is too new and memory intensive)
so which ones (if any) will run on my pc? I'm willing to use low quality texturing/etc. if necessary...
will my new pc run these games?

Half life 2, no way, half life 1, probably will run, morrowind, i dont know
you would do well to get a better video card, with a 11 mb card, hardly any game will run, if you can find a GF3 or something, your options will be a lot better

...1.3GHz what? P4? Celeron? M? Athlon XP? 64?
On a side note: Half-Life 2 is far more efficient than one might think. I tried running it on my laptop just to see what it would do, and I got about 15-20fps with my 1.1GHz Pentium M and 64MB shared-memory onboard graphics (ugh). Not the prettiest sight in the world, but it was playable.
