I'd recommend looking at Kazade's GLdc. As far as I recall all other OpenGL Dreamcast ports (Including PH3NOM's) are software rendered, but Kazade's is the only Hardware rendered one. the problem may come from glTexEnvi(GL_TEXTURE_2D, GL_TEXTURE_ENV_MODE, GL_MODULATE); which seems to generate an error : saying INVALID ENUM

I think eventually GLdc will be added to the KOS ports and replace libGL, but it hasn't happened yet. Also note if you want to do audio there is a port of OpenAL called ALdc (Made by the same guy).
