Port of the GameBoy Advance to Dreamcast possible?

Has anyone heard if there might be a port of the Gameboy Advance coming to the Dreamcast?

Better question, is it even possible?

Well, with the help of someone, i could make one from scratch, now that i finally got some time, i think that coding a GBA emulator exclusively for dreamcast would be worth. But this time i wont do it alone, like the gb emulator, i need help, so it can go faster and better. Who say me.
