For me, I would say that receiving Ocarina of Time and Master Quest when pre-ordering Wind Waker was the best pre-order bonus.

Silent Hill 4 got me the OST.
Battlefield 2 got me a logitech headset with the BF2 logo on it.

About it that I can recall.

Meh, I do pre-order a few things quite often, but never usually get more than double points on my GAME card :s Tho I got quite a lot saved up on it at the mo...should be handy in making my Wii a bit cheaper

I've pre-ordered like one game in my entire life, but I used to get the pre-order bonus stuff for free. One of my favorites was a DVD copy of Return of the Living Dead.

I'd say the preorder bonus Blockbuster used to offer. Trade in 2 games, get the preorder for half off. I'd say that's a really good deal.

There are two.

1. Preorder (or for that matter, just buy) *any* console new or used at GameCrazy, and they give you 12 free Hollywood Video rentals. I buy all my hardware there because of this. I also haven't actually paid for a movie rental since I started college.

The only preorder bonus I ever got was a Splinter Cell Chaos Theory poster. It was pretty cool looking though
