Who would have thought I'd be asking a serious question about DreamSNES in 2009.
Anyways, I made the roms.lst and put it in the "SNES' folder which contains all the roms. I'm not sure the name of the roms.lst maker, at the end it says "another semi-useful tool from burner0" I've tried putting the lst file in every directory but DreamSNES still loads rom by rom. I'm using selfboot inducer and burning with discjuggler.

Re: Having problems with roms.lst
I'm not sure if it matters, but I put both a "roms.txt" and a "rom.lst" in the rom folder in DreamSNES. It does have some problems recognizing it sometimes, and usually starts reading the roms by header after it reaches around-about the 120-150 rom for me.
Just make a copy of your rom.lst file, and rename it to roms.txt.
One other thing. - Are you editing the ":" out of the file?
I'd go to the replace option in notepad/wordpad and replace the ":" with a blank space " ". Choose the replace all option.
