Dreamcast NTSC to PAL

Hello!!!

I am new in the forum!

First they forgive me for my English therefore I am Brazilian!

It would like to know if it has as I to change my Dreamcast NTSC for the PAL? It is a model HKT-3020 with plate mother model 2.
